In September 2023, Netcom expanded its service offerings with the launch of our Audio-Visual (AV) Division, recognizing the increasing importance of intelligent collaboration technologies in modern workplaces, classrooms, and mission-critical environments.
To lead this strategic initiative, Netcom recruited John Staples, a respected senior-level AV engineer with more than 23 years of industry experience designing, commissioning, and supporting high-complexity AV ecosystems. John’s deep technical background and leadership have been central to the division’s rapid success.
In just two years, the AV Division has grown to $1.5 million in annual revenue—driven by strong customer demand, manufacturer partnerships, and Netcom’s reputation for quality.
