Netcom Technologies successfully delivered two major fast-track safety and security initiatives for a long-standing customer of more than 30 years. The combined scope—valued at over $1.3 million—included the installation of 1,200+ Motorola HALO Smart Sensors (vape detectors) across 26 school buildings, providing real-time environmental and behavioral threat awareness as well as 1,004 video surveillance cameras across 13 buildings .

Working under an aggressive schedule, Netcom’s structured cabling and security teams completed all network cabling, device installation, configuration, and integration into the HALO Cloud management platform in just eight weeks. The accelerated timeline ensured the school system was fully operational before the start of the academic year.
Accelerated Installation of 1,004 Video Surveillance Cameras
Shortly after completing the vape detection rollout, Netcom was awarded a second project to install 1,004 video surveillance cameras across 13 buildings—also under a tight 10-week window.
