END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you, the end-user (“User”), and Netcom Technologies (“Licensor”), for the use of the NETCOM QuickBooks Integration Application (“Software”).
By accessing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Netcom Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business operations, subject to compliance with this Agreement.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or copy any portion of the Software except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Software for any purpose prohibited by law or this Agreement.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Software’s operation.
3. OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software and all intellectual property rights therein remain the sole property of Netcom Technologies. You receive only a license to use, not ownership of, the Software.
4. DATA AND PRIVACY
By using the Software, you consent to Netcom Technologies’ collection and use of information as described in its Privacy Policy. All user input, data, and activity logs are stored and processed for application functionality and support.
5. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
Netcom Technologies may provide updates, patches, or enhancements to the Software at its discretion. Continued use after such updates will constitute acceptance of the update’s terms.
6. TERMINATION
This License is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of and delete all copies of the Software from your systems.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The Software is provided “as-is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Netcom Technologies does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netcom Technologies will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state or country where Netcom Technologies is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Netcom Technologies concerning the Software and supersedes any prior understandings.
