Mr. Rea is the Chief Operating Officer for Netcom Technologies. He has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunication, security and audio visual industries. Mr. Rea’s career has spanned the breadth of roles and duties from, warehouse, field installation, estimating, project management, account management, sales as well as proposal development.
Mr. Rea became the Chief Operating Officer of Netcom Technologies in June of 2013. His main thrust was to bring, structure, process and procedure to the operations of the organization as well as a push for sales growth from the account/project management level while still maintaining oversight, management and leadership in corporate strategy, new sales growth, operations management and financial management.
Ryan continues to drive these strategies and oversight in addition to a sense of urgency and customer service to all Netcom business units as Netcom continues its growth.
Mr. Rea is a graduate of the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business where he holds a Bachelor’s of Science in General Business.
