NETCOM Technologies, Inc. Award Notification for N00178-21-R-7000 (Seaport NXG)

Rockville, MD., September. 8, 2021  — NETCOM Technologies, Inc. (NETCOM) was recently awarded a U.S. Navy SeaPort-NxG indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for engineering and program management support services (N0017821D9229). This $5B IDIQ is a critical component for the Department of the Navy and Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research (ONR), Military Sealift Command (MSC), and the United States Marine Corps (USMC). NETCOM will support this IDIQ, and these customers, with services that span a wide spectrum of mission areas and technical capabilities that match our professional offerings.

SeaPort is the Navy Department’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 23 separate functional areas. Their portal provides an efficient means of soliciting thousands of contracting opportunities to a variety of Multiple Award Contract (MAC) holders, consisting of large and small businesses, and their pre-approved team members. Task orders will be competitively solicited, awarded, and managed using this platform.

Under this contract, NETCOM can provide engineering and program management support services for many of the 23 functional areas, for the Navy Systems Commands. These services may include  Network Support, Configuration Management (CM) Support, Information System (IS) Development, Information Technology (IT) Support, and Computer Systems Analysis.
